Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo East
Drive to Tsavo East National park very early in the morning. Tsavo East National Park is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the infamous man-eating lions. Enjoy mid-moprning game viewing with a visit to Aruba Dam where many animals can be seen especially during the dry season. Lunch at your pre-booked Safari Lodge/Camp. Another game drive from late fternoon until late evening. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Tsavo East - Amboseli
Early breakfast then leave the park with game viewing en-route to Amboseli National Park. Lunch and a short rest at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge. Afternoon game drive with the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro win the background. Animals likely to be seen include lions, elephants, buffalo, cheetah, antelopes, zebra and giraffe among others. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Amboseli - Taita Salt Lick
Early breakfast will be followed by game viewing as you leave Amboseli National Park for Taita Hills Game Sanctuary on the fringes of Tsavo West National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at the Salt Lick Lodge. An afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight.
The Salt Lick Lodge has a truly unique architectural concept - oval-shaped rooms overlook a waterhole which attracts a large number of wildlife, especially elephants, buffaloes, zebras and different birds.
Day 4: Taita Salt Lick - Mombasa
Early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast proceed for a mid-morning game drive in search of lions, buffalo, elephants, giraffe, zebra, antelope, and monkeys, among other animals before you exit the sanctuary and drive back to Mombasa where you will arrive in the late afternoon.
