7 Days Aberdares, Samburu, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Safari

Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

Our driver guide will pick you from your hotel or airport early in the morning and proceed to Samburu National Reserve. You will pass through spectacular scenery views of the central highlands and into the northern plains into Samburu National Reserve. In the afternoon enjoy game drive that introduces you to this beautiful park home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich, and Reticulated giraffe. Ewaso Ngiro river provides excellent game viewing area

Day 2: Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, morning game drive. Lunch at the Samburu Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive. Optional: You can visit local Samburu village. The Samburu people are close relatives of the Masai tribes men and share a lot of similarities as both depend on livestock for livelihood with nomadic lifestyles. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve - Aberdare National Park

After breakfast enjoy another game drive then leave Samburu and drive to Aberdare National Park arriving in time for lunch at the Treetops Hotel - Located in Aberdare National Park, this world-renowned rustic Treehouse lies in the path of an ancient Elephant migratory route between the Aberdare Ranges and Mt Kenya National park, and is strategically sited right in front of a natural watering hole and salt lick. With large windows fitted in all guest rooms, restaurant and lounge guests can drink in the sight of Elephants, Buffalos, Rhinos and more from all areas including the view deck on top floor of the building. Afterwards, you will enjoy most of the game viewing from the balconies and lounge at the lodge. The waterhole and saltlick attracts a lot of wild animals.

Day 4: Aberdare National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast depart Treetops Lodge for Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley passing through the arid lands and the highlands of Kenya arrivng in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive .Lake Nakuru National Park, commonly referred to as the pink lake is also home to a huge colony of flamingo and the endangered black Rhino. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru Lodge for Masai Mara National Reserve, Lunch at the Mara Sopa Lodge. Masai Mara is located in the Great Rift Valley primary on the open grasslands. The reserve is the Jewel of Kenya Wildlife areas. After lunch proceed for a game drive in search of Rhino, black Manned Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalo and others plains games. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve

This day is spent game viewing across the rich three studded grassland and rolling Hills. The famous Masai Mara is renowned for its great leads of plains game that abound in plenty.

An optional: Visit the Masai village for a Cultural learning experience or Balloon safari over the plains of Masai Mara to enjoy the vista. On landing you will be treated to a heart full champagne breakfast in the bush. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/similar Lodge/Luxury Tented Camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast, depart Mara National Reserve for Nairobi, lunch at Carnivore Restaurant and after lunch transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for a flight to the next destination.
