Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East - Tsavo West
Depart from Mombasa early in the morning and drive to Tsavo East National Park for a mid-morning game drive with a visit to the Aruba Dam and Kanderi Swamp - areas of Tsavo East with high numbers of wildlife. Lunch at your pre-booked Safari Camp or Lodge. After a short rest drive to the dramatic Tsavo West National Park with game viewing en-route. You will visit the Rhino Sanctuary to chance spotting the rare black rhino among other wild animalsa and bird species. Dinner and overnight at your Tsavo West Safari Camp or Lodge.
Day 2: Tsavo West - Amboseli
After an early breakfast enjoy game viewing with a visit to the Mzima Springs where you will enjoy a nature walk and to marvel at the hippos, crocodiles, exotic fish from an underground observation tank. Later proceed to Amboseli National Park via Shetani Lava where we will make a brief stop to marel at the dried-up lava. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at your Amboseli accommodation. Afternoon game drive to explore Amboseli and marvel at the huge herds of elephants, zebras and wildebeests that inhabit the park. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Amboseli - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast you will enjoy a morning game drive before we drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with lunch had en-route. Arriving in time for a evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at your pre-booked Lake Nakuru Safari Lodge/Camp or town hotel.
Lake Nakuru is referred as pink lake and it is a bird watchers paradise, as there are thousands of pink flamingos and other bird life in the park. Furthermore, it has a surprising number of animals, a rhino sanctuary, and the big five except the elephant can be seen here
Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara
Early morning breakfast then leave for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon Afternoon game drive to track various animal species and birds in the Masai Mara. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Masai Mara
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game viewing within the reserve. The landscape of the reserve is scenic Savannah grassland and rolling hills, it is the best park for game viewing in Kenya. Moreover, it has an extensive road and track network which allows close range viewing and photography. Picnic lunch will be had at a scenic spot in the reserve. We will visit the Mara River to see the wildebeest crossing (July to September), huge tree-trunk-sized crocodiles and hippos before we return to our accommodation for a much needed rest. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Masai Mara - Nairobi - Diani/Mombasa
After breakfast you will be transferred to Nairobi, where you will be dropped-off at your hotel, the airport for your flight back home. For travellers wishing to go back to Mombasa you will catch a flight to Mombasa or afternoon train. You will be met by our driver/guide who will transfer you to your hotel
